WARRANTY FOR COMPANY CUSTOMERS

Cutters

Mense Oy grants warranty on clearing heads in regard to material or production defects. Warranty begins when the product is handed over to the customer’s possession and is valid for 12 months or 2000 hours of use.

Excluded from warranty are:

  • Transport damage
  • Carelessness, misuse or accident induced flaws
  • Damage caused by not complying with the manual/directions of use
  • Negligence  of maintenance induced damage
  • Damage due to natural wear which affects for example:
    • Hydraulic hoses
    • Hydraulic seals
    • Slide bearings
  • Damage caused customer’s misuse, for example raising the hydraulic pressures over safe working pressure.
  • Indirect damage that can be for example:
    • Loss of income
    • Production downtime
    • Third party claims
    • Overtime or holiday work compensations

Warranty claims are limited and the manufacturer compensates only if warranty request is proper. Warranty request should contain a photograph of the broken part. It should also contain the unit’s model, serial number and introduction date.

Warranty only compensates a new part, unless otherwise agreed.

Customer deals with the costs incurred from cargo and packaging.

Within the warranty time compensated part’s warranty ends at the same time as the unit’s normal warranty time ends.

Bucket rotators

Mense Oy grants warranty on bucket rotators in regard to material or production defects. Warranty begins when the product is handed over to the customer’s possession and is valid for 12 months of use.

Excluded from warranty are:

  • Transport damage
  • Carelessness, misuse or accident induced flaws
  • Damage caused by not complying with the manual/directions of use
  • Negligence of maintenance induced damage
  • Indirect damage that can be for example:
    • Loss of income
    • Production downtime
    • Third party claims
    • Overtime or holiday work compensations

Warranty claims are limited and the manufacturer compensates only if warranty request is proper. Warranty request should contain a photograph of the broken part. It should also contain the unit’s model, serial number and introduction date.

Rotators

Mense Oy grants warranty on MER-rotators in regard to material or production defects. Warranty begins when the product is handed over to the customer’s possession and is valid for 12 months. Satisfaction of the warranty is at the discretion of Mense Oy and will be limited to (a) replacement, or (b) repair, or (c) issuance of a credit for the defective products. The warranty is valid as long as the products are properly handled, stored, installed and used. Mense Oy does not guarantee that any parts can be replaced or repaired within a given period of time.

Excluded from warranty are:

  • Transport damage
  • Damage caused by customer’s actions e.g. modifying the rotator
  • Carelessness, misuse or accident induced damage
  • Damage caused by not complying with the manual/directions of use
  • Negligence of maintenance induced damage
  • Damage due to natural wear
  • Indirect damage than can be for example:
    • Loss of income
    • Production downtime
    • Third party claims
    • Overtime or holiday work compensations
    • Damage caused by disasters or strike, war and other reasons beyond the control of any affected party.

Warranty claims are limited and the manufacturer compensates only if the warranty request is proper. The warranty request should be delivered to Mense Oy along with the rotator from which the warranty claim is made. The customer is responsible for the costs incurred from cargo and packaging. Within the warranty time compensated part’s warranty ends at the same time as the unit’s normal warranty time ends.


Feed wheels and other products

Mense Oy grants warranty on feed wheels in regard to material or production defects. Warranty begins when the product is handed over to the customer’s possession and is valid for 12 months or 2000 hours of use.

Excluded from warranty are:

  • Transport damage
  • Carelessness, misuse or accident induced flaws
  • Damage caused by not complying with the manual/directions of use
  • Negligence of maintenance induced damage
  • Indirect damage that can be for example:
    • Loss of income
    • Production downtime
    • Third party claims
    • Overtime or holiday work compensations

WARRANTY FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS

The warranty terms for private customers are the same as for company customers with the exception of the return policy:

A private customer has the right to return unused products during the next (14) fourteen days after receiving the product/products, not counting the day of receiving. The returned goods must be in the condition that they were received in. This means that the product/products must be intact and not have any traces of use. The customer must always contact MenSe Customer Service  to receive directions of how to return the goods free of charge.

The payment is usually refunded to the customer in a few days of MenSe receiving the returned goods, at the latest in 14 days. The refund is made using the same method that the customer used for making the payment when ordering the goods.
